Paul C. you are worthless with your pre-recorded message. No class. I understand ENDO needs cash on hand by selling us off to cover the debt from purchasing your worthless company.
 




This is all due to the fact that you fired a sales force that new how to sell our products. Where all the PAR North folks now. I guess up there attempting to burn their plant down again.

Dear Colleagues:



I have difficult news to share with you. Earlier this morning, we announced that after completing a comprehensive review of our manufacturing network, we will be ceasing operations and closing our manufacturing and distribution facilities in Huntsville, Alabama.



As I previously shared with you, the review of our manufacturing network has been necessitated by evolving conditions in the U.S. Generics market, including continued customer consolidation and increased pricing pressures. The Huntsville location has been impacted by declining volumes of commoditized products and these restructuring actions are intended to better match manufacturing capacity to projected future demand. The closure of these facilities is expected to take place over the next 12 to 18 months.



Our Huntsville colleagues should know that these actions in no way reflect their performance. The challenges impacting the U.S. Generics industry over the past two years have been formidable. The consolidation of our trade customers, more and faster ANDA approvals, and the rapid erosion of the pain segment are just a few of the factors that have combined to create an even more competitive landscape for a Company like ours.



I recognize this news will create a great deal of uncertainty for our colleagues in Huntsville. In order to minimize this uncertainty, we are committed to communicating with the approximately 840 employees who will be directly impacted by the site closure within 10 days of this announcement. We will also provide resources to help impacted employees manage through this transition and are committed to treating them with the highest level of respect. Throughout this process, the Leadership Team will continue to provide all employees with timely and transparent information related to the site closure.



Looking forward, Endo’s key priorities include building our product portfolio and technological capabilities for the future. Today’s announced actions enables a redeployment of investment from commoditized products to more differentiated capabilities and products that we believe represent our core areas of future growth. While influenced, in part, by industry dynamics, the steps we are taking will better position Endo for long-term success.




On behalf of the entire organization, I would like to recognize the efforts and hard work of all employees, and particularly those who will be impacted by this difficult decision. We thank you for your valuable contributions to our Company.

I cannot believe this was not done face to face... Unreal you classless prick, and that goes for all Senior Leadership in Huntsville who did not ensure this was completed face to face.

I truly hope our internal Senior Leadership actually tried to push hard to have products sale. I would hope they did, but who knows most are going to other sites so probably didn't give a shit either.

From what I heard, all but about 3 - 5 people from this entire site are canned, so I think senior Leaders were just as shocked as us at today's announcement. 3 - 5 out of over 800. Unbelievable. We were the money makers of Endo for years. Par should keep us all and bring more products in for us to make!
