First of all, I send my sincere condolences for the demise of Par South. As a former ELT member of Endo, I still get the inside scoop on happenings within the company. Huntsville, you were not on part of the original restructuring plan. Irvine was. The opiate issue reared its ugly head, and the company decided it would be better to close Huntsville. I can assure you that any director and up knew of Huntsville's closing well in advance. Yes, they kept you all in the dark.

I am an ex ELT member, as I stated. I am not a disgruntled employee, so this is no form of retaliation or slander. What I am going to say is the cold, hard truth. Irvine, you are next. Mr. Campanelli's "business model" was to eliminate competition (Par Huntsville) and redirect all of the efforts and money back to Rochester. He succeeded, although not necessarily legally. Thousands of stocks were bought up by executives early on in 2017. Thousands were also sold. Paul Campanelli is not your friend, and he does not have YOUR best interest in mind. He has money in mind. Do you believe business was down 40% by coincidence? It was not. This was Paul's plan. The decreasing stock prices allowed him to buy up thousands of shares then sell them after assuring eager third parties that business was great. Sure, the opiate prescription issue was a small factor, but other companies did not suffer as Par South did. The reason is Paul took the revenue from Par South and distributed it to his other, nearly, bankrupt sites.

If you have stock in Endo, sell it now. Get rid of it while you can. Things will only get worse, and Paul Campanelli will, eventually, serve his time. Let me guess, he came on board, misled you with promises and assurances, maybe even increased your pay, and told you "this company has the best business model". I nearly cringe at that thought. He is one of the best scam artists I've ever met. I've heard the stories. He looked you in the eye, assured you that you are a part of a healthy, prosperous company, and you play a vital role in the company's success. From the day he did that, he had the plan set in motion to destroy the great company William Propst worked so hard to build.

Any plant acquired by Par will shut down. The plan is in the works. The funds he recovers will be distributed to the original Par sites. Open your eyes. Take my word that the plan is set. It will happen. Eventually. The only way around it is if a third party company comes in to save it. Par is dirty. Trust me.

I have heard a Pharma company from India is in negotiations with ENDO for the site and all ANDA's that were owned by Qualitest along with all R&D projects that were shutdown with the merger...

Dang, i cant believe it. ENDO announcement of the new SVP & CIO and he didn't go with his buddy Verni from PAR. What happened Verni? Did you not shave Paul C's armpits for him???

Is Paul the right guy? Her ENDO stock is tanking because there Irvine sight just lost the business for there number 1 product. Makes up 80% of there business.

This leadership team truly has no idea what they are doing.

Paul C and the executive leadership team underestimated the reach that the Qualitest sales teams, ex executives and employees had. I hop you understand that karma is real.

Bring back Qualitest and it executive leaders. We will rise again to success.

Where are all the PAR North folks now. Sales Team??? I though it was easier to sale moonshine than our Qualitest products..... Looks like you fucktards can't even sale your own products.

Easier to sale, Can't even sale your own products???? This is blasphemy to the English language. You need to go back to grammar school. Better yet, stick to moonshining.
