just got the offer yesterday at slightly less than $69000. I am in the mid south and although this is far less than i was making I think I will take it while looking for another job. Hopefully it works out that I can double dip on publicis.

People are in the process of getting offers, just not for the cited amounts. Why don't you try posting something intelligently, your command of the language is a little "earthy" for someone who claims the high ground.

I was able to get 72.5 but I have a 6 years of pain area exp and lots of awards (Rookie of the year, Go Getter Award, 100% metrics attainment, etc). I am excited to start this product looks to be a blockbuster and there is HUGE bonus potential according to the recruiter.

This tells me you basically have little experience. There are people who have more than a dozen years in, piles of awards and graduate degrees making squat...

Guess the managers can get what they want. Will remember that when its time to negotiate. If I don't get an offer comparable to my background I split.

AZ is known to pay crappy. Guess all the complaints made them loosen their belt. Some of the past and present AZ CSO people are watching. Some folks with way more than 2 yrs pain should be getting at least in the 80s and not less than your offer.
