I see a lot of upside. Any start-up company these days is not going to put a risk in its own sales force, they'll outsource first. As things become more positive they have a right to hire the good folks. IF the drug tanks, nothing is lost.....this is pharma business 101 for start-ups.

There does appear to be quite a few high profile reps on board for the opportunity - I do find that interesting. Perhaps this is a good one?

I think the talent here is excellent. Everyone here wants a fresh start and a chance to build our own culture. The response to the product is very positive. So we'll see how it does, but I like it so far. A lot!

This has been a great opportunity and hospitals/docs are on board. It is fun atmosphere but lots of work. It will be worth it and yes the industry is tough now so happy to have something groundbreaking--watch out other post op meds Exparel is going to rock.
