Over/Under

I am leaving because I am under paid which didn’t exactly bother me till I started hearing what people that are leaving are making ( 25-30k more).

I am leaving because I love to sell and interact with my HCPs and this company is more focused on training and admin then actually selling.

I am leaving because this company is micro managing from the very top, i.e routing from Mike, the predictive tracker ( which I got no say in who was on it- like the no see HCPs they put on it), the dumb suggestion that we have to follow up with as if I didn’t know already what these suggestions are saying. Honestly it is insulting, don’t hire me if you don’t trust me with the business!

I am leaving because home office actually makes our job harder ie freaking getting an expense report approved is a full time job and takes up to a month to get approved, and how many times does it take clean up the data or that I have do a dumb FPP when I get paid on dirt.

I am leaving because I hate the core competencies that effect my ranking as if mangers won’t be bias.

I am leaving because my territory is huge ( new job literally half and I still get the pay raise) plus my team mate already left and they won’t back fill the spot.

I am leaving because almost every day there is an email or conference call to discuss how raciest or terrible we are as humans or Americans. Yes I got there are bad people in this world- but I am not one of them and I would hope this companies recruitment wouldn't hire one of these awful people they preach about. This company is separating us more than uniting us.

I am leaving this company because Mike and Steve are so far removed from how their decisions effect the Salesforce and honestly I don’t think they care.

This company is an old shell of what it was before the meager with Shire - and yes I gave them a grace period but it is actually gotten worse not better!

Smart move! The problem with Takeda is all the great leadership left and went to BioHaven where they have real culture, real meetings and let their people just go to work and sell. What do we do? Worry about predictive trackers, sending emails, diversity videos, feedback surveys and finding red cars. Joke

Which Division do you work in? Is every division like this? I just applied for a Clinical Sales Specialist position. Boy, this sounds horrible!

Don’t you realize what is happening? all of us are just being dragged along while they experiment with setting up a remote sales force and use HQ-driven “capabilities” (SS’s favorite) instead of reps, mixed with a bunch of bad reps who won’t earn a “specialty” title by promotion, only because you survived being treated like shit for 2 years as we become a specialty neurology BU… I can hardly contain my excitement. Just give us our severance package, quit being cheap and waiting for us to walk away so you don’t have to pay.

you hit the proverbial nail on the head and all Pharma companies are like this. As far as Biohaven, it's start up and once sales prove to be really solid (hence letting the sales force "sell") their rug will be pulled out and the company will go to the highest bidder.

Just LEAN IN and go make it happen.

your patients are counting on you.

just please make sure, you click on the red car, send emails to your offices, spend 5 hours on a non-trackable/measurable FPP, do an expense report that will undoubtedly be kicked back months later, fill out your predictive tracker on “low responding hcp” and finally dismiss those suggestions... after that LEAN IN
