And why is that??? Because the one good thing that’s come out of COVID is that the sales representative position is obsolete!! HQ has seen what happens when the reps aren’t out there, and they now see how useless they’ve become. Time to ax the majority of the under performers. Now HQ is not going to want to give severance to so many losers. Instead, let’s just micromanage everyone to death and drive losers to leave in their own. Throw other meaningless assignments and harass employees to drive the weak away. That’s what’s happening now. Can’t happen to a better bunch of people!!!

.. home office or HQ can’t get CRAP RIGHT! Sales numbers, data change requests, iengage deciles, I can go on and on and on

let’s hold HQ to the same standard!- wait isn’t that DE&I

is HQ allowed to take more than 5 days of vacation in December?

to be perfectly frank, I’m tired of being spoon fed inaccurate data, misleading formulary data and sales scripts that are being lost left and right...

Hey reps check out the column of savings cards redemptions - then go look at that docs actual scripts .... I bet it matches perfect ....

People are leaving because this company has too many idiots running the NBU. They care more about their politics than delivering medications to their patients. It's become painful listening to these morons. I.e. vaccinated vs. unvaccinated. I'll never get the vaccine if it creates a barrier between myself and the activists who pretend to be sales leaders.
