I'll just never forget listening to him at the bar at a poa a few years ago talking about a former national manager's private struggles with his wife. There was probably 8-10 of us. C.s. just sat there laughing while he relived this guys story and showed no sympathy. I was stunned. I lost so much respect for him and never looked at him the same again.



Yes! Hotel solana!!!! Could not believe he was trashing this guy for no reason other than to try it get a laugh, but NO one was laughing!!! He kept digging the hole talking about running into this guy after his divorce and calling him "pathetic". I was so thankful I left that division shortly after!!!!! I cannot believe this guy is still here!

I can, he brings significant value to the organization! For example: he has great relationships with the sales force, they LOVE him. Additionally, the derms think highly of him, none think of him as phony or disingenuous at all. Third, he has a very creative side that has allowed us to over come the managed care obstacles. He also listens well and follows through on his word. He is a class act all around. Lastly, he has direct ties to a secret breed of gnomes known for their magical powers and ability to knit babushkas.

And it's worse now. I get "hey buddy" responses on phone calls as if we are close. So fake. Sorry, you screwed over all my former colleagues, I'm not your "buddy", nor does your calling me cat-names make me feel appreciated mr shellen. I'm a hard working professional here for my family, not your sleazy ass.

This Sellen person sounds extremely rude and insensitive. And he's a "leader" within the organization? What does that say about Galderma? I'd jump ship too....


When he is talked about, he's universally thought if as thee biggest deusche bag here. As a dm, everyone if his reps left so they brought him into training. He just doesn't get it... Never will. Galderma doesn't either keeping him around, hence their issues with morale.

It's not tough to figure out. People don't like working for assholes.
 




My Mentor rep wanted to (no idea why) meet w me regarding Dysport. He kept beating around the bush asking me if we are going to buy Mentor. Has anyone even heard this is a possibility?
 




He still has the same management style and abrasive personality and is running current employees out as well no as a Regional. OH by the way, I believe CS is good buddies with KG in HR and AH in training not the CEO AH.

Further proof that if you are a good friend of some goof in HR or the home office you will be protected no matter how poor you are as a manager. People like that in Management and also in HR have ruined this place and they keep retaining their friends as opposed to looking at who should stay and grow the business and who needs to go.

HR in Home Office is a joke! They promote uneducated idiots! Perfect Example "EASY" This a total reflection of the HR department as a whole. I still can't login to "EASY" to do training that I completed a year ago! That's all Folks!!!!!!
