Bonus Payout??If you are employed at the end of the quarter, but quit before the payout, do you still recieve your bonus? Do you have to be employed on the payout date? Also, anyone know if they go after the non compete? Thanks.
 




Not sure about the above questions. When is PM going to do something about TR? We are robots! TR please turn us into a robotic sales force. We love the idea of using a training company. PM wake up, pleased TR is a joke. He is using pharma 101. Paying a training company, numbers out a month late, messing with the bonus plan and targeting sheets. Next will be layoffs after he waste more of the company money on failed pharma programs. How much is it costing to retrain reps? How much are you paying this "training company"? PM you are so big on surveys, why don't you take one from the sales force and the sales managers? This guy will sink us. Half the sales force is looking. Does he even understand infusion? He is a joke and has no credibility with the sales force. Has he been cooking our numbers? That is the feeling. Really PM call your RSM get a feeling of the new culture of this company. We all thought you cared. Please do your research if you won't then why not void our non competes and let us get away from this clown. Combo of a lot of bad people- JH rep in the West is well known and not for good reasons- TR rep as a Pharma only guy is even better known- We had a lot better choices to lead this company than him- he was the cheapest so being the WAG way they went w him.
 




AMEN!! So happy to finally rid myself of her when they split the regions. I hated myself for having to pretend that she was actually an effective leader.

JH is a pushover. Just agree with everything she says, no matter how dumb, turn your weekly reports and expense reports in on-time. She likes to pick on one person until she drives them out of the company. I still unfortunately have her as my RD, but have managed to be off the radar with her.

She was bad! It was so obvious she had her favorites and even though they never came close to hitting their numbers, she would cover for them. The one guy in OC JB was the worst at sucking up. He talked shit behind her back and to the group about her, but laid it on thick when he was in front of her. I left the company shortly before the split and was one happy camper to be rid of her.

I am one of the lucky ones- when the regions split I got a new RD and she is great! Completely opposite of Jill. No more silly useless reports and conference calls that take up way to much time. She even fights for your numbers. Love her! The best part is I no longer have to pretend to like her..

Love how she does the "team" building exercises. I am still trying to figure out what exactly she does and why we need her in the first place??

OMG that is funny!! She does!! I am in Northern CA, but our two teams have gotten togther on occasion and she is loud, rude and has horrible table manners. We switched seats at our table and i thought she was going to have a heart attack. I chatted with some of her team, and they just roll their eyes at her.

I am on her team now and have to say she is the biggest narcissists I have ever met. If you dare disagree with her she loves to intimidate you. Those that didn't put up with her BS have left and she thinks it is a good thing. She has her favorites (those that kiss up to her) but even those guys can't stand her. I thought for sure Option Care would dump her, but she must have something on TR to keep her. She is such a pain in the ass to work with.
