One Ms really?

Expect 25-35% of the salesforce cut. Leave now before you are left with no job. Plus the job they give may be nothing but a customer service agent.

No way it will be that high for sales with the expectation that Kesimpta will be a billion dollar drug in a few years. Wish someone with insider knowledge would actually share the 411

Have you looked at some territories? You can't justify our structure in many regions. That is money that would be better spent on partnerships with institutions.

Wonder what will happen to the AM & TLL side of the biz since they are still hiring and expanding both teams even when someone leaves?

What function does the AM serve outside of organizing meetings that should already be done on a local level? The TLL role seems even more obsolete now that speaking engagements are gone. We all know building brand sentiment was code word for paying doctors off. What do they do now?!

The old AM's were paid 60% on sales. The TLL is a worthless position. They do nothing but act busy.

Outside of trying to get us our next CIA. You are correct... The audacity of having the team go out and promise non-branded opportunities in lieu of branded speaking engagements immediately as our new CIA went into effect.

The TLL role is probably the most important role we actually can use—especially if you have a good one. Not incentivized on sales so docs will go out to dinner with them. That’s called building a relationship.

Says a TLL who is desperate to keep their job. So we should pay you 250k to go to dinner HAHAHAHAHA. If that's the only thing you do. You made my case thanks bud.

The problem is that the TLL role was that the CIA clearly gutted their function and value add to the organization. "building brand sentiment" was always clearly just catch phrase for organizing paid activities for HCPs to move scripts in a segment of customers where financial matters drove prescribing behaviors.

Organizationally it also seemed like the TLL and AM teams had major challenges clearly defining their roles. Limited access, AMs now vying for HCP access, two sales teams... Too many hands in the kitchen. This is a leadership failure, and that sucks for everyone that is dealing with this.

Based on our CIA agreement. The TLL and AM are useless. My old AM would sell like crazy plus do dinners and conferences. My SAM is worthless.

I did make a case… its not the monetary amount it is the distinction in roles that i can take HCP’s out to dinner to build a relationship outside the office. SS can’t do that bc of CIA and getting paid on sales results.

Even you have to acknowledge how piss-poorly the role has been defined post-CIA. Also, you are not the only role that can build relationships outside of office. MSLs, Medical Directors, AMs, and Senior commercial leadership all routinely do. Then again, you guys have tried to act like all of the above the last year.
