why would anyone be gone? Merck is well aware that “cuz ya’ wanna live don’t cha Keytruda” sells itself!

Don’t reps at Merck get it yet that y’all have gigs because the company needs you as a big fat write-off? Sure, a few folks get jettisoned along the way, to keep the fear levels up (just like Covid) but all in all, there is no reason to fret.

well, because while Keytruda and Lymparza had 5 new indications, sales were a only a little above (average). With an active sales force out there, they believe it would have been more. Plus, if Merck announces cutbacks in the biggest growth division, stockholders will dump their stock. Such a simpleton

A thinning of the heard of this HUGE salesforce can be easily done with no impact - maybe improve sales.

Less is more. It's simply (simpleton) saving money while driving business.

Is Share of voice something you do at your local rep breakfast meetings. Your customers have no idea of who you are expect when they see you for three to five minutes during a lunch. As we all know major oncology institutions have locked down reps for years.

Big pharma may not be as big in field sales. Big pharma is not going anywhere.

I guess the truth hurts...
