What is the salary range for oncology division?
It’s Lilly so be prepared for it to be far below industry standard.

Lilly will underpay you for sure - do not expect more than 140K
Post a pay stub no one in immunology is making a 190k base.Hmm I'm at 190k in immunology now. Definitely will not be a good fit if they can't match.

170k is average...190kish not uncommon...200k a few that I know of at Novartis selling cosentyx. I'm at 193k and 43k bonus at plan- derm division.
Oncology reps make very few calls. Many sit at home a few days a week. It’s not a bad job for making over 140k. Compared to other divisions these reps barely work. They hide behind other “things” to do. Joke. Good gig if you like faking calls and sitting at home
You aren’t making that at Lilly. I know our pay scale and am looking at our pay scale lol

Got hired a year ago at $175…I live in one of the big expensive US cities maybe there’s a scale for those in NY LA SF MIA but the pay scale you claim to be looking at is old my friend
Um I’ll assume you have some weak oncology coworkers if they stay home all day and barely work.
Hate on Oncology Sales if you have no creativity in creating access, it really is the major league of medical sales. Sit around all day…maybe in my car kid. We have 6-7 different specialties to call on it’s a lot if you aren’t a sloth (it’s not for everyone)
The world needs FedEX drivers dressed in suits too ….I applauds you
