In all seriousness, the reason Merck Oncology cannot attract talent is due to the (beyond) primary care approach to field rides. Whether its the manager being up your ass two days a month or a DCO or marketing or someone. Experienced oncology reps from the outside are aware of this and don't want (or need) this. That's why the only people getting hired now are PC reps from Merck. But upper management will not listen to the feedback on this. After many years with Merck oncology, I gave my notice and took a job with another (actually big pharma) company. Now I can breathe.
