Get a grip. It's pretty simple. Critical Care is extremely profitable and Acute Care is extremely unprofitable. It's simple math. And Critical Care is run and managed well. No way you can say Acute Care is run well. AC can't even come up with a reasonable contract for customers EVER. When you're lucky enough to get a formulary win your pull through is terrible. Lastly, stop being so afraid of pharmacy and stepping on customers toes. Grow up and sell. Believe in Ofirmev and grow a pair.

pharmacy? Who bothers with pharmacy. Only fools go to pharmacy. (Yes there are exceptions) they are worthless and always a buzz kill. Contracts are a distraction.
Now I know my cc rep well and have respect for them but the one time I went to pharmacy with them to get their contract signed they almost passed out. More recently they almost had a panic attack when trying to answer bonebaby questions with customers. Prior to it getting crushed by advisory board. Imagine how your team would do trying to get a new product in formulary. No one in home office disputes there are challenges there for cc but acute care is not going to be a viable division as the asset isn't long for this world. In other words you are just here and not because your sellin skills.
Sorry to burst your bubble but CC team is not viewed as a selling team but a contract and vendor mgmt team. It's not an insult it's your job description.
And losing my job (if I even do) is temporary and I'll be somewhere else by jan. Celebrating you are still at Mnk is not a sign of strength or accomplishment for any of us.

for the most part the new footprint for acbm will match the same territories for cc.
In 2019 the two teams merge mid year or so downsizing the acdm dsms out but keeping separate products with the cc dsms staying on. This positions them for mid 2020 with sales teams to launch 2020 and 2021 products. In 2019 the acthar division will be made into one team with one rep per territory calling on all specialties. Territory's smaller.

As a Christian I cannot think that colleagues, maybe even myself on Monday and Tuesday will be let go.
Our and maybe my lives will be turned into chaos and worry. They have limited time to find new employment.
Their families and children will be unduly stressed, their own lives faced with uncertainty and financial stress.
I will go to bed tonight and pray for those who will be displaced. I will also pray for those who are so full of hate that they actually enjoy watching lives and families of former colleagues, be so utterly disrupted.
I pray for all my colleagues!

Oh no, a religious nut job . First why don't you get educated about Christianity before you start throwing that - I'll pray for you stuff around.
While your praying to your Celestial Dictator, we are actually doing real things. When people say they will pray, that means they are actually not doing anything. If this was God's plan, then he intended people to get laid off, and your praying for something against his plan.

The key isn't to cut the grass to short. When you do that you allow weeds to grow and the grass to burn. Short grass looks good but not healthy of course it's safer to cut short in the spring and fall however root growth is important.
Either way it's better than allowing it to grow without moving for a month which some people do. I mean pay some kid to mow if young are that lazy. Unmowed grass breeds insects includong ticks and when it isn't mowed the grass is torn as well as cut.
So mow the grass every week, water as needed in early morning and cut 2 1/2- 3 inches. If you want to get fancy change the direction you mow each week and alternate mulching and bagging.
