A syrup approved based on caregivers assessment compared to placebo…hope in a bottle…a very expensive bottle….my only question is will they supply the diapers and wipes to clean up this expensive explosion…..this is a scam….I sure do hope the FDA sees through this bs……or should I say diarrhea..:/even if approved there is no way a caregiver will commit to this for life. Run

OMG.....give it up already. ALL studies to bring products to market are done vs placebo. Rett patients typically are constipated. Not everyone will experience the side effect. Your unsubstantiated opinion on what caregivers will do is just ignorant. Sorry you didn't get an offer...actually, not sorry, glad.
 






I did get an offer…sitting in for this one…that’s if the one cylinder plane gets off the ground….extremely high percentage of patients had the runs….your right this will be a welcomed side effect and bath opportunity for all. No word on the diapers, wet-ones and barrier pads….plus all the skin irritation/infections that go along with this. Infections cause extreme mental imbalance….was this measured….I think not….the patient and caregiver will be left holding a very large /leaky bag….squirt. I do hope we supply the essentials along with the syrup….it’s the least that could be done….and given the cost it would be some nice swag….
