NJ was a bust due to poor weather and the President being in town for the 9-11 museum opening ceremony. Each district has a certain amount allocated for the 3 levels of experience. Some territories have a district that pays even more for the specialty reps. Quintiles not pay $65-$70 across the board for this contract. The pay scale for the Quintiles contract staggers as well.

I am heading to NJ on Monday. I sure hope that there are not as many travel problems as there were last week.
When the above poster said it was a 'bust", does that mean they didn't make as many offers as they thought?

I am on the Quintiles/Janssen contract and the salary range was $70 - $80K depending on experience. I had 10 years in pharma and 1.5 years in diabetes and I received $78K. Bonus is $20K at 100% plus .55 cents/mile.

I was told Inventiv range is $65 - 70K for primary care and $80 - $85K for specialty plus the car and bonus around $22K.

Good luck!!!

Hired in the south earlier this year for the Janssen contract.. $65-$70 is for those with more experience.. Those with less than 3 years experience $50-$60K. Bonus is $20k. No car just car allowance.. This contract is up in December..

No offer yet. Spoke to my Inventive recruiter on Friday and said that offers will be going out for the Atlanta interviews early this week. 60-70 base, 22 at bonus, and a company car but she was not sure what kind of car or the choices are. Has anyone that interviewed in Atlanta receive an offer yet? Is this info accurate? What is the company car? To the post before, this contact for Inventive/Janssen is just starting, its Quintiles contract that ends in December. This is a great opportunity to get into diabetes sales if you are not currently in this market.
Hope someone can confirm that base and salary along with what kind of car they were told

interviewed in newark. no offer yet. was told offers will be made in the next few days.
was not told what kind of car. 2 year contract and will be hiring up to 500 reps.
60-70 base PCP, 85 for specialty 22 at bonus, and a company car. This is a great opportunity to get into diabetes sales if you are not currently in this market. products have great insurance coverage..

Grammar?

There are certain regions/districts that have territories designated for specialty doctors only. these territories have no PCP detail. if you were not told about it, that means your district does not have any territories with specialty doctor allocation.

Offers were given at interviews today. Top pay is 63K. I know of 2 that were offered that.
I was as well and turned it down. Recruiter had told me it would be closer to 70K.
What a waste of a day!!

Offered 70k and live in the central US. It was experienced based.

Don't know if that actually the reality as I had 12 years experience with a top company award winner etc. and was only offered 63K so not sure about the "experience" being what drove the amount of the offer.
I did not accept the offer either
