Odds on Nashville?

























Compared to the other meetings this was great. Today got a little long, but I can see that mike and John are trying to change the culture. I think this meeting was very good, p club dinner was short, but recognized everyone appropriately. Perfect.
 
























I don’t have any Q1 goals. I come to Nashville. Nothing new. Get told Q2 goals will be 2nd or 3rd week in April! Are you kidding me? Sales are down because we are not motivated to sell. Change the culture by keeping us engaged and motivating us (not by letting us wear jeans and getting us drunk). Very narrow minded “leadership”. HQ people are never held accountable and always blame others. I’ve had enough....yes, this meeting just makes me want to leave!

This is the kind of BS that gives us all a bad name. I thought it was a great meeting. Serious entitlement syndrome! “They got you drunk” - you had nothing to do with it? Why are you here? Can’t find another job?

I bet this person means why can’t we get goals before Q2 starts....since had no goals at all in Q1. I don’t care! Goals won’t impact my 3 hour work
