have they started recruiting or interviewing for sales reps yet? Will it be done by an agency? Which agency? Or will the jobs be posted directly on their website? July date will be here soon. Will they wait until then to start searching for reps? Very interested in transitioning over to this company. Terrible experience with the other new Ophthalmic company.

They have been interviewing for a while now, if you haven't received at least 5 -10 calls from recruiters about this job already you probably missed the boat. I'm not a fan of how they are interviewing or the contract title to begin but this hydrogel technology is going to be a huge paradigm shift in treatment. Looking forward to seeing how this plays out. A lot of respected people already onboard at OT .

Got a reimbursement verbal offer. Disappointed though bc offer was much lower than I was told during interview process. You get what u pay 4 in this industry! Waiting 2 hear about a "counter offer" be4 I make a decision.
