Does anybody have an idea what the salaries are going to be offered for Reimbursement Mgrs???

No idea and couldn't get an answer from the recruiter. They sure wanted to know what I was making though. Probably so they can make a lo ball offer. According to the recruiter they don't even know what the comp structure is yet. It better be high if they want people to take the risk of working a contract,
 






I considered the DOS job the recruiters keep posting and posting and posting and posting on linkedin until I found out about the type of reps they are recruiting for sales. Oh heck no!
 






























Phone screen scheduled. Moving quickly before product is approved. Could be 1-2 months or 6 months before approval. 1 year contract is scary. Why do companies go this route? Docs are truly interested in this technology.
 
















































Spoke with a recruiter and they do not even have half of the managers hired yet. So face to face interviews are not being scheduled yet. I was told they were hoping to do F2F interviews week of the 27, but now told its looking like mid March according to the recruiter I followed up with today. Was told once they get all the managers hired they will be passing along the computer screen interview and them moving forward who they want to speak with F2F. Still can not get any info about salary. Starting to sound a little shady.
 






the F2F interviews keep getting pushed back. When I first started this process the F2F were supposed to be week of feb 13...then week of feb 27...now more like mid march. I understand it's a startup and things change but it seems sooooo disorganized. I also still can't get a straight answer on compensation but I've *heard* base is low 100s and bonus in the 50 range.
 






Listen... it's not a direct hire yet because they don't have the infrastructure yet and this is the best way to get people on board without the company taking the risk. It makes sense for them sucks for us. If you do well there will be many open doors to come. Drug sounds great, the buzz is real in the ophthalmic community. Hire date is sometime in April so the recruiter says. Salary is based off of talent. They want the right people sounds like they will pay for who they want. F2F keep getting push backed last I heard was Week of 2/27 but that seems unlikely. Not thrilled either about the contract either but still seems like a good opportunity. Good luck.
