Retention and smoke screens.... thats all it is. Shire will lay off just like Allergan next year. If they promote reps into KAM roles that will be less people to layoff when the time comes.

Shire had a team of KAMs that they could have used for multiple products but that idiot PS got rid of them when they pushed back on KK and her non-compliant sales direction. Of course he waited until his recently divorced chippy from the midwest landed safely in Lexington in a made up role.

They wouldn't even know what to do with a KAM. Probably assign "high volume prescribers" and hold them to a frequency goal. LMFAO.
