I already have the attention of a group but that’s not enough for me so I speak louder for someone like you creeping on the outside wishing you can be a part of that group. I love how you first call someone a scum bag for knocking them then in your next breath you feel the need to be as classless by implying that they push providers to help the other out. You are no better. If it was a conflict then she would never have been hired back, secondly how many endos does he really have? Get your FACTS correct. Maybe if she focused on the 10 targets she has instead of catching someone being non compliant and reporting them, she may actually perform… or she can just keep blaming everyone around her for her sub par existence.

Her manager also needs to get a check with reality providing her a vision award and she should have chosen her descriptive words more wisely during her speech. Collaborative and taking a leadership roll are far from synonymous with anything that she exudes. I’m pretty sure that the entire room was appalled that she was 1. Nominated and 2. Leadership actually was somehow brainwashed into thinking that she was in any way deserving of recognition.
