He is a good guy, however a snitch that was trying to better his position with higher ups. I’m sure he wouldn’t deny the story. He was saying “ look at me I work and your NY rep doesn’t come to these remote spots “

very same thing happening in the Midwest. Young inexperienced with zero manager experience and very little life experience promoted to manager. Picked over very experienced professionals with decades of experience. RBDs choose whoever they want with zero oversight.

It never ends well. The manager is destined to fail because they don’t know how to lead and they have no credibility. Respect is earned.
