No virtual lunches, can't help recruit, can't give out invites, don't have to do anything with programs, no pharmacy calls. WHAT do they do? They are all getting 50K to 100K in stock at the end of the year too. Makes NO sense. Amgen is doing everything.

This is a joke of a co promote. Novartis is doing nuttin. they are sitting on their azzzes and if they can get in for an in person lunch, they may go out. . Amgen is totally driving the ship with this copromote.

Should have worked for Novartis.. they treat their employees way better then here and their base salaries are sooooo much higher than here. I know my Neuro reps base is around 165k ...They hire quality and tenure reps and the majority of our reps are dummies...

Should have worked for Novartis.. they treat their employees way better then here and their base salaries are sooooo much higher than here. I know my Neuro reps base is around 165k ...They hire quality and tenure reps and the majority of our reps are dummies...

Not sure they treat their employees a whole lot better, but they pay better and are doing nothing for this coprmote. amazing how Amgen in a contract with them lets them get by with this. my partner doesn't leave his home unless he has a lunch which are few and far between with covid.

The stock they are getting for doing nothing ticks me off. My partner was quiet about it and finally let me know they were getting it when I pushed him on it.

our reps are not dummies. we are way smarter than they are. they are luckier. higher bases, do nothing, no virtuals, they get stock , no veeva engage pressure. plus they are all ranked higher than we are and not sure how one partner can be ranked 111 and another in the 30's.
 




They share targets. Amgen makes 1 territory take ownership of a target and that's it, no double counting... novartis let's multiple reps share offices and both reps get full credit for scripts so it double Or triple counts and bolsters their territory numbers.

Not sure if youre smart but lucky getting all that stock and virtually doing nothing never going out unless you have a lunch and feel like it lazy and entitled. amgen reps selling this drug

Does it matter? When MRK acquires AMG, they will restore law & order. There are so many MRK plants here, it's too obvious. Biosims & Kras are high value assets, Otezla as well.

The moles are in each BU are soooooo obvious. Same mold, quiet, well decorated, out of place, patient and observant. And you are worried about a co-promote migraine med? This is Schering Plough part 2.
