OMFG the NSM is at the F'ing same POS hotel AGAIN?!?!? How fucking original! You have got to be kidding me, that place was a DUMP! What are we children that it's there again!? I should have known with PS and KK they aren't very original or creative, at BL we had meetings in the same tired locations all the time.

I THOUGHT THE HOTEL WAS FINE AND WILL BE GREAT FOR THE NEXT MEETING. NO PROBLEMS FOR ME.
 






Wtf why can't we book our own flight for this? I do not want to get stuck on some shitty flight! It's bad enough that most of us don't get home until AFTER 10! OBU can't leave until AFTER 4pm on Friday !?! WTF you realize that means many of us won't be able to get home Friday night?!? This is bullshit!

Actually I will be. I am on the west coast and the only flight that leaves after 4pm is a red eye or I leave on Saturday. So that is why I brought it up to begin with. It's my 15th anniversary I am leaving on vacation the weekend after! What the hell could we possibly need a whioe damn week to talk about? Why the hell do only heme and OBU need to stay later on Friday?!

I am looking forward to the NSM! I plan to network with management and let them know I am interested in pursuing Sales and Marketing management positions. This is a great opportunity to gain visibility and socialize with management. While most of the malcontents drink in the bar or in their rooms, I will be spending quality time with my manager and his bosses! So my week is going to be PRODUCTIVE!!!

Thats a great Idea. In fact you should corner Perry during the brief 12 hour span he actually spends there and share with him all your valuable insight. Talk about your coverage and how you are adjusting your call plan based on your own personal analysis. He'd also like to know how the home office direction typically needs tweaking and how you "customize your value propostions to meet customer needs." To cap it off, give him an area of development or two that Kathy Kobe needs to help strengthen her leadership skills. While you are doing all this make sure your name badge is fully visible so he knows exactly who he is talking to.

Who cares! It will be a week of free drinks and food! This is a benefit that most of y'all forget about. I go to the sessions, take notes only on the things that will help me in the territory, socialize with the hot chicks, watch sports at night with my homies, and just basically have a fun time. Go to the meeting with a positive, fun attitude and you won't be bitching all the time on CP and at the meeting. Nobody wants to hear y'all! If I don't get home until Saturday, no big deal, it gives me a Friday night to go out and have fun!
