It’s the standard meeting schedule… Monday night welcome, food stations, etc. Tues is free night. Wed awards night by division. Poss some have their awards night Tues and free night Wed. Thursday night another rah rah event. Schedule is out ask yr manager.

Imagine bringing 4000 people to a meeting. Just so they can play pretend and role play. The pharma industry has not evolved in 40 years. If I could go back in time to a meeting 15 years ago. We would be doing the exact same thing.

Tell your manager not to forget to pack his clown costume for the NSM. These ABLs are like kindergarten teachers at these things. The sr leadership team dresses them up like ass clowns for all to laugh at.

Yep. I love hey we have a free night but I am making a reservation if anyone wants to come. Which means this dinner in mandatory. The ABL job needs to be eliminated or they should have 12-15 reps to manage.

Ha 12-15 reps? They are doing that now! Try 25-35 reps. Qtrly get together for business review and then the rest of the time they approve exp rpts, PTO and put out any fires. They bring no value to field!

They are out in the field 4 days a week. Many only have 6-7 reps.
