Now that the O2 Contest is over...what will your location be doing?

Post do evaporate. Thank god someone is monitoring the posts and hopefully from Rotech.

I have 100 ONO's to follow-up over the past several months and only 5% end up getting O2. Very poor ROI on all my efforts. The doctors tell me Rotech is a bottom feeder trying to get O2 from ONO. Management does not try to change tactics and maintains the same methodology for getting O2.

What do you think?

It doesn't help when some LCM's do ONO's on people that are being D/C'd from O2...gotta meet those numbers. No wonder some location's numbers are not capturing the O2 set up's. Even if you approach the LCM about it...nope...does't want to hear about it and the SR shines on the LCM b/c they know they are out on the street w/out the protection...just one big circle.

Looking at total numbers is fine, at some point I wish someone would take the time to see what makes up that total number.

I hope that if Rotech is monitoring, they have learned something about the treatment certain people receive from their RM.
 






we have expressed our thoughts on the ONO. Can someone please describe the benefit to the company of a SR spending countless hours arranaging for the ONO then delivery and pick-up and down-loading results, driving miles to get CMN, etc. This takes a good 3 hours of my day and do not understand at the end of the week of 15 hours of my time to get maybe if I'm lucky 1 O2. Isn't there a better way to generate business in those 15 hours?
 






Something is better than nutin... you bust you butt to get 1 02, however the elite group that has to do nothing because of great territories get rewarded a tremendous amount...reward everyone in company, make it enticing for everyone..

What are you driving for the CMN ????? It goes via the Esystem in place at all locations.
