Now that the O2 Contest is over...what will your location be doing?

Now let's discuss faking sales calls.

Someone should forward to Renee so she knows what is going on and how she is hated by all.

Oh yea! A lot of that going around some of the locations. One such SR thinks the location staff is so stupid they are not going to notice that when they return in the PM, if they come back at all..."their" clothing is different from the morning.

Hmmmmm yet they were going the other way for the day. BUSTED !

Well, let's just put it this way, the staff pick up on it and the LCM ignores it too b/c the SR is currently on one of the good list.

Renee, why do you want to know that...You should know now so many things are falsified to keep you off our backs!!!

Now...Now...be nice. :)

For her or anyone to get a hint on who the "lazy" are....just check out which SR's are getting in WOW weekends, turning in the slips that say they did stuff for the Dr's, lunches and etc.

Whomever doesn't have anything to add up....welllll then the ones above can add up and get the results of laaaazzzzy

Those WOW weekend are an easy way to treat your family..and give you a weekend off from cooking or baking...Pizza anyone, fresh fruit for desert, oh and we have Donuts for in the morning before going to chuch..Thanks Rotech.

Right on!!!! It's not like anyone even takes the time to check to see if the names on the sign in sheets are real for any type of lunch....or who they even say they talk to during WOW time.

LCM's calling to "check" don't count....ha ha ha ha they will do anything they need to to pull the wool over R's or any other RM's eye.

I'm sure their family does enjoy the fruits of their family member being the SR for a WOW weekend.

If not in the way of food.....the gas they get to use while driving the kiddies and stuff around is just as good. All on the company dime...at the expense of the people who are out there doing deliveries, taking set-up's and etc. The office staff is always held accountable when the points don't make it through as fast as a SR feels they should be.
And PST's are going out at 5 to do set-up's...while the SR's family enjoys time with their parent.

NOT all of course...but more than should be in some areas.

I got caught faking wow calls by am. He reviewed log sheets then pulled me in office and wrote me up for faking a wow.

Odd an AM would do that....now an LCM sure...because they are right above the SR. But to have an AM not have the LCM do it. hmmmm intersting to say the least.

Must not have minded to much, you are still at Rotech by the sounds of it. I wouldn't want the job to have to babysit you though. There are to many babysitters at Rotech, now as it is.

Prob an act of desperation on your part with your dried up referral sources...I hope and not just because you had gotten lazy and caught. But I would think it would be something else...no AM would just pull random things like that without suspecting something was up with more than one report any given SR would submit. Who knows

Here is an idea, if you all think sales reps have it so good then maybe you should just work harder or go to school and get the credentials to become a sales rep and make that kind of money. That would serve you better then complaining on here about your pathetic life and how everyone has it better then you or gets all the breaks or how you being a CSR or PST is everyone elses fault except your own. You know what they call people like you right? Losers and school janitors! Shoulda, coulda, woulda people. All talk and no action while they talk about how unfair the world is to them. Mr. Pre Law, Pre Med, wannabe, going to the JC all along until they flunk out of school. It is pathetic and sad.

And yes, thats right, the sales position is A PROMOTION FROM A CSR AND PST and not an easy one! That is why MOST OF THEM COME FROM OUTSIDE WITH SALES EXPERIENCE AND A DEGREE! They are coworkers to you, but they are not your piers! And honestly, your post just sounds like a bunch of jelousy to me more then anything. Get off your ass, stop complaining, move out of your parents basement where you play video games during your off time and actually try to get ahead and do something with your life. When you complain and belleyache, or slack off, where does that get you in life? Realize that all these posts about CSRs and PSTs pulling all the weight is just ridiculous. But it fits the mentality and personality type of people who have life long careers in low level positions. Yes, you guessed it, as a PST or CSR(IE Janitor career level positions) I am sure your mother would be proud. If you do not like Rotech, go find a good janitors position or work for the government AND LEAVE. Or better yet, be like some of us out here who do not have a job at all and can not find one and can not feed their family or put a roof over our families heads. And IE, moving back with mommy and daddy is not an option for real grown ups. You have no idea what it is like on the other side, or you would not be bellyaching about having to just do good old fashioned blue collar work. Grow up and realize life is hard and you have to work hard to get ahead or promoted. And bitching and griping does not really make the people around you (IE SR, LCM, and AM) wanna support you next time a promotional position comes open. That concept is really so simple, but it is amazing how many low level employees can not grasp how to move up and get promoted through that one simple fact. They regularly sabotage themselves with posts like yours above or around the office and then do not understand why no one is willing to help them up the food chain. People help people they like and are not a pain in the ass bellyaching all the time. Novel concept huh? Talk about having a sense of entitlement. You really look immature and naive with all these remarks you guys make. Just makes me sick when there are millions of us hurting so bad out here. You are just so negative when you do not realize how good you have it. You could call it the Rotech bubble I guess. Not sure, but it is definately ignorance and irrisponsiblity based on what I have seen experience and work ethic wise at the unemployment office in the past compared to what you guys bellyache about.

Temper .....Temper.....first ....working "piers" aka piers that hold up the planks at a harbor...should be PEERS....so I am glad that you have a degree...but it is not in English I take it. Or maybe it was an honest typo.

2nd of all...IF you have read here for any length of time you should know by now...these comments are not for A L L SR's...but for a few in a select area. General statements only and time and time again..people have said that. In fact I think in the one thread the person did state that.

Please, go to anger mgt courses...check out what Rotech has in the way of therapy or just stop taking everything so personal that you rant worse than the people you are dissing.

And by your reaction..seems as if you have been accused of such stuff

Seems in the middle of your "rant" that you state you are not even employed, let alone at Rotech....IF you are sooooo GREAT as you go on about....come on into the bubble and sit for a spell.

But come into a Rotech location that is the norm and not the one you see in the Rotech way....yes, Rotech is improving...but it has a long way to go in some locations.

Cleaning house is what is going to do it....maybe you are a good one to go for it.

Let's get back on topic....what will you do now that o2 contest over?

Here is a "funny" one for you. An old customer calls into the store and wants to come back. The customer can be taken on as a customer without Rotech being on the losing side of payment/s.

SR was made aware of it so the SR could run out to the Dr, inform them of what the patient wishes and get a new order and set up an ONO.

Sure the Pt can come over w/the other DME's CMN for billing.....BUT....wait for it.... doing the ONO will give the location one of five needed towards that all important number for them.

SR when going out shows the Dr that we care about their patients care and want them to come to a DME that will listen to their patients needs/concerns and meet them.

Patient is happy, possibly tells others and we just might pick up another O2 convert.

Another ....BUT though..... SR has been given info at least four times in the past month that the patient has called back in to check on it.

SR till this date still has not followed up at any level. Did not go to the Dr's for the ONO request. Did not even go to the Dr period.

Reminded by the CSR that maybe they would at least call the DR. ...nope that did not happen either.

After going to the SR at least three times...CSR goes to the LCM....still nothing done.

Why did the CSR just not ask for the ONO you wonder.....b/c the CSR is to busy during the day doing the daily grid for said SR, going through reports for the SR to get another ONO that they seem to not be able to get from the Dr's, going throught the Pt set up tracker for the SR to take off previously set up CPAP/BIPAP's to see who can be tested...you get the point...the CSR is so tied up in doing this stuff for the SR and figures why should they continue to pull the weight of the SR for this job.

Follow through is really lacking...and it's just not the CSR that pulls the weight...it is others in the location too...it's not done as team work in the sense that we are all building the location.

It's done in an effort to hide from above what is really happening sometimes.

Forgot to mention the location is also aware the previous DME will not give up the CMN/testing and etc for billing. CSR called the DR's office and they referred bk to the DME for everything...that is why it would have been great for the SR to follow through and ask the Dr for an ONO request.

THAT is why in some places numbers are lacking/lagging....no follow through for basic things that can bring in money.
