Dear Novartis employees,
How many of us have been faced with endless compliance training yet we see before us on a regular basis how Novartis management violate laws and ethics across the world?
Well now is the time to start fixing this and to build a database of evidence that can be used to :
1. Change the way this company behaves
2. Maybe even engage in a class action/s based on what some of us have to endure as employees
Examples are sexual discrimination, harassment, bribery, unethical behavior, goalpost changes (eg unfair incentive scheme changes, theft and improper use of company assets / resources by management, managers encouraging employees to behave in an unethical manner, etc, etc.
Let's also expose the true face of the BPO and hat is really stands for.
I encourage all employees (present and past) to send details and evidence to the below email address and let's start getting back pride and self-respect for all affected Novartis staff.
The details can be just an email outlining some facts or scanned documents or other attachments that are evidence of wrongdoing.
