Benefits of the job are also reviewed in the screening process. The black ball list is a real thing.

How do you know if you are even on the list????

They still use the same do not hire list to black ball reps. Nothing has changed !

The black ball list cost me TWO jobs just this week. Recruiter and hiring manager both mentioned it.
So we are now able to quantify damages. Both jobs came with a generous Specialty base, plus car, plus bonus plus full benefits.

How do you find out if you are even on this list?

Who cares if your on a list, maybe it’s better if they don’t like you. They might not be good judges? How long is the Gilenya Contract at this Point realistically?

The last time I trained at Amplity/Publicis/PDI; two great reps were laid off the day they finished their initial sales training. They were shocked and appalled. Both of these reps had turned down other offers.
Both aced their training and were experienced and professional.
Take head. You will not be given 60 days notice. Amplity may get that; but you are in the dark.[/QUO

Our manager knows the end is near and is already interviewing for other jobs.
