Two more days till good people of Swissland cast their votes against the CEO's and other leeches looting the Swiss companies. Vasella, the leechest of the all, is a lighting rod for this movement for he pissed off everyone even the rich who should be on his side. Remember smart thieves never steal too much. If they do, as Vasella did all his "career" they get caught sooner or later. Unfortunately to all involved he got away with his thievery for 17 long and costly years.
Hopefully the voters will say YES overwhelmingly, so looters like Vasellas of this world will be stopped for ever. You see if the Swiss say YES the demand for control of these super thieves will spread all over the world. Something to look forward.

US Novartis Pharma is much more profitable / sale than the rest of the world so that most of this money that has and will be paid to Vasella came from the US economy. And since ~ 50% of the US healthcare spending is spent by Uncle Sam then ~ 50% of those payoffs come from US taxpayers.

Fuck Vasella (or Wheasella as someone calls him) is not picky. He'll take any currency as long as it is hard one. US dollar is still good even though the Swiss frank is more valuable now. Novartis US is more profitable than Basel's inspite of having to pay with Swiss franks they buy from banks to pay for shit bought from Basel. This guy knows what is going on. The American people have been subsidizing the Europeans for years. Since WW II we have been paying for their defense and we pay more for our drugs in the U.S. to make up for the loss Pharma. Co's. get in Europe.

All these are "self-inflicted wounds" - WWII has been over for more than 65 years, the Cold War has been over for more than 20 and the USSR is dead Russia is a dying county yet we are still there. And, without profits from gouging the US the pharma co's would not be unprofitable in Europe. They just wouldn't be as absurdly profitable as they are now with the US market. That is another "Faux Fact" that makes people like you feel good about getting your paycheck every month.

The fact that so many people have vested interests (leeching) on the present system (military spending and US Healthcare spending) is the only thing anyone needs to know why things don't change very quickly. But changing they are, slowly.

Watched the video. SHOCKING. I knew American dream has turned into American nightmare for the majority, but had not idea it is this bad. You who support and defend this are not normal. How can you justify supporting your socio-economic system, even the one promoted by democrats. 11:23 pm. NYC time. just saw it on BBC world news. It is a big victory for Swiss people. They gave it a big YES to stop the bastards like Vasella, from looting and plundering their companies and their country. No more golden handshakes, no more super bonuses and no more boards of directors deciding by themselves what to pay the crooked CEOs et al just because they say they are good and worth millions.
