You don't know any sales rep who only had "lunch & learns" for their high rx writers? How many times did you pay for dinner and included friends of the doctor ( or spouse) and then fudged your expense report?
Seriously, the whole business of giving medical offices and hospitals free samples of medications is just another form of bribery so you can up your sales and get you incentive trip and bigger bonuses.

Does anyone understand the process if you want to make a compliant against Novartis to the OIG. Do you report it at the state level or the federal level? Does it need to reported in NJ since HQ is there. I read point 70 on and I have alleged information that can match or exceed those allegations.

researching nobu's menu dallas it says you can on a somewhat modest budget
get away with $75 a head & splurging you'd reach 125-150 . Even a guarantee minimum for 20 people would in theory cap out at 3K on a good day .
Inquiring minds want to know.

DOJ needs a huge increase in their budget to protect the taxpayers from abuse
that results from payoffs resulting in massively increased prescription drug costs.
