I think all of this is hysterical. A few short months ago I got in a heated debate here w/ probably one of the Managers here. My point was they didn't have a plan, they didn't have any new develops that was going to change anything and the same thing was going to happen. And, it did. There's a reason things turn up on CP because the short answer where there's smoke there is fire. And this place is an inferno of misdirection, miscommunication and ill execution. Thanks for proving me right Management.

The entire Industry is no good. Did you see 60 Minutes last night? It was mainly about Oxy but the tone of the story was that the Industry is corrupt. These guys start believing their own lies. Middle management the same, they get stuck in a feed back loop w/ their own ego driven behaviors and although they will say words like Integrity and Do the right thing....they have no idea what those words mean.

Bald and the incompetent fool he hired as a Jr VP of Sales cost them more than a hundred million in capital funding from Renaissance with the guy from FL that went up there under the cover of interviews. The fact finding was so bad that his summary included “oblivious to the market they are attempting to enter, and personnel that will only make it worse”
