I can't believe they made us wait this long to tell us how we are getting paid. It took so long to announce it that I thought it was going to be something revolutionary. I really want to like it here but it just seems like they have no idea what they're doing. I appreciate you all being nice but you're sorta incompetent and horrible at communicating.

I was in GI n my potential to make alot of cash was way better w O-pak alone. new target list n change in territory is gonna kill what i was makin. commission on these other products just dont seem worth a damn!

U must be smokin somthin'! Pay scale is still shitty and they screwed up my territory. I worked my ass to get those business and they give it to some dipshit who knows nothin about the products. This is what I believe happened to the commission plan. Pernix leaked that they were going to slash salaries to $40K just to see the reaction from the sales force. The slash would have allowed them to incentivize the commission structure which they also leaked to gauge employee acceptance. Obviously, all the reps making a fat salary freaked, then Pernix had to go back to the drawing board with the commission structure because they wanted to keep the 5 year plus Hawthorn reps happy that are making $65K+ in salary, and who is left holding the shit end of the stick? The $40K Hawthorn and Pernix GI reps who aren't getting paid shit on Zutripro, Rezira, or Reprexain. All Pernix did was add Silenor and Omeclamox dog shit into our bag There are reps out there that get a car, make a $55K base, plus get paid $15 a script selling cough cold. I'm pissed at myself for waiting till this stupid fucking meeting to jump ship on this company!

I've never seen such blatant cluelessness. They change directions and strategies so much bc they just don't know what they are doing. And it's so obvious. Just look at all of the senior leaders. They all look sloppy and unintelligent. Then they begin to speak and you realize that they are in fact as dumb as they look. I seriously feel like I work for the circus.

Are you telling me that all the Hawthorn reps salaries stayed the same? I was told everyone was getting cut to 40,000. If this is the case, all the peds reps stuck at 40,000 are getting screwed.

The Peds reps might start dusting off the resume as well. We built this company, and this is the thanks we get. Paid only off of growth on Veripred 20? The reason we put up with the 40,000 base is that we get paid off every script. We also hope to hit the product lottery and buy something that is already producing. Imagine if they told you that you get no credit for any Silenor scripts already moving.

My guess is that the 40,000 base is still coming for the Hawthorn reps, and they want to wait until after the 90 day launch of Silenor to get it moving. I stick up for this company all the time, but I am now officially pissed. Tell Big Poppie we are getting screwed. I will take a high base and 10 per script of Cedax. This is BS!!!! Be warned Hawthorn reps, 40,000 base is coming. I would be looking if you don't think you can make the same amount.

I don't think this will last past summer. Please do not turn down a better offer for your family. You are all great people, and I am no longer sticking up for this company. Everyone is great, but the decisions they make are just WRONG! I feel like my spouse just cheated on me.
 












Peds reps grew this company. Hawthorn reps will make this company some $$. GI won't make Pernix jack. I say get rid of the GI reps and keep the peds and hawthorn reps. GI reps selling skills sucked at training! Not to mention unprofessional as ever.
 






Primary care reps don't get credit for current silenor scripts, but only for growth scripts. Baseline is what they called it. No biggie unless you had a lot of silenor in your territory before adding it to your bag.

Somaxon had less than 15 reps nation wide. Most of these territories have around 10 silenor scripts going through them right now. Veripred has been marketed heavily in many of the same places these Peds reps are, especially in the areas it's covered under medicaid. A lot harder to grow in those areas
