KAM's are free to vacation during that time. They are not included in the "No Vacation Directive". My KAM was actually bragging about her Holiday Vacation which will be the full week before Christmas through the new year. When asked about the no vacation rule, she laughed and said that's just for TBM's and DBL's. Can't say I'm surprised.

The same for the worthless thought leaders who brag about how only the aristada reps and mangers don’t get vacation. Fire the worthless thought leaders and kam’s.
 






I don't even think about my KAM. Not worth it. Sometimes I get a bit demotivated knowing he is slopping up to the company trough and filling his belly first while we are all working our butts off and actually producing sales. Then I really think about it and then I... Well, I just go home and hit the gym or the beach at 1 pm. Thanks KAM's. You make it easy for me to sluff off. Compared to you guys, I'm a super star for only working 20 hours a week. GOOOOOOOOO KAMs!!!!!! You definitely serve a purpose.
