Shit company for sure. Average at best products. Inept senior leadership. No pipeline. Me too launch with no significant advantages on the horizon. And no vacation. Yes this is the place to be!
 






The audacity of folks who've been paid to sit on their ass for the past 18 months now complaining about actually being asked to earn their keep is mind blowing. Get back to work, or GTFO.
 


















This company doesn’t care at all about its patients or its people anymore. And maybe it never did, they’re just not trying to hide it anymore, but I do feel like there was a time where this was a good place to work.

We would have more respect if pops just came out and said we are here to make money and cut the chit yapping about patients and innovative medicines. Alkermes is a public company which means shareholders drive it . Pops is a puppet. He brought in Austin powers to be the bad guy.
No one is here other than it’s an easy paycheck.

If they screw the employees then the employees will screw them back four times harder!
 






So I worked at a couple of companies where there would be a no vacation during launch for a couple of months or you could only take a single week during the launch quarter. It seems a little over done to say no vacation for over 4 months, but I'm more upset that they are making us work during the shut down week between Christmas and New Years. No that really sucks!!!

The useless KAMs better not get vacation then either. Most of them don’t work the rest of the year.
