They get their experience selling here then bolt for 10-30 grand more. Unless you come here from Big pharma you get big money immediately...Walls at home office are very thin.

You do. Do you spend your life on this site? Most people are hoping for a really good raise for those of us working hard during covid, doing our jobs, making the numbers. Some of us like our customers and don’t want to start over. We love our managers (most of us do) but 2% isn’t going to cut it. Need real adjustments when we hear our counterparts are leaving and telling us they are getting 10g-30g more. We don’t care about Marty and Mark. We know they are doing just fine with their pay.

And the big pharma rejects get paid way more then us. And we don’t get to interview for any of the positions. Way to go MS and AD.

Hearing a lot of people looking and waiting on their offer letter. Heard some managers on the way out to. I guess if we came from big pharma we would get paid better. No more promotions unless you come from big pharma.
