No cell/internet for you!

This is the classic sign that there real problems ahead. Look for major changes in leadership at the home office, regional and district levels. All managers are under the microscope for their leadership skills and abilities....so this will be fun to watch! Everyone knows we are "fat"...so look for some serious downsizing to go on. It may not be announced formally, but the herd will be thinned. It will be done in a way so the herd is not spooked, but it WILL happen. They won't care if you leave, so long it is on their terms. This enterprise wide budget analysis is the first act in getting positioned for either a huge purchase (Glaxo is the rumor or perhaps some other major acquisition) or a merger. Either way, you will wake up to it one morning.....so get ready. Pull up a seat....the show is about to start!
Yes. I Ditto all of the above , but AZ reps are like the walking dead. They could care less , but most reps will respond when it happens with the statement " Where did this come from" Not me - I never realized things were that bad!

First: They have contract with FED-X...they can ship whatever they want when they want, it is a yearly $$$$ contract. One price and that's it.

Second: How many times to docs/nurses call your cell...almost never. Shut UP!

Third: No internet charge: Big deal...if it is $40/month...and they use half that's. 70 CENTS a day: Grow UP and EAT SH*T___________. You lazy idiots!!

Here are the facts.
Recently, leadership made the decision to delay our samples to "bundle" shipments for cost containment. This tells me it's not a contract price and there is a cost every time we use this service.

Second, we use are phones for many business purposes. You can't be serious on this one or you are uninformed of what really happens in the day of your most valuable resource.

Lastly, I'm fine with paying internet service. I will have work/life balance. No working at nights or checking e-mails. In addition, 4G will be used exclusively which will drive operational cost up for the company. Win for the reps and a loss for the company.
