But according to Mr/Ms delusional rent a rep they are making a huge impact on sales because AZ told them so directly in a conf call. Funniest thing I've ever heard. Right now Ironwood, rep a reps, CSAs and phone reps sample the same accounts but it's only the Nexium reps that are making an impact. LOL.

ive been in pharma sales for 15 years and thankfully i can afford to live if i had to take on a csa role. hate to say it, but they do exactly what i've been doing for years at a cheaper pay scale. almost all pharma companies are going this model and are being very,very successful at it. goodbye sales force, meet service force.

Unfortunately if you have "pharma" sales experience, they will not hire you as a CSA. You are right though there are several companies doing the service force as drs just do not want to hear the same sales pitch over and over again. I'd like to clarify that not all pharma sales reps are like this but ones with a vulgar attitude problem tend to be the lazy ones.

I'm touched, you couldn't stay away. What no "dickhead" greeting? I hope mental evaluation will be mandatory so people like you will be banned from pharma. They should send crap reps like you to real sales training not the condensed online jr college version they give at publicis.
