Why are you blaming CSA’s for your failing career? Yes I drop samples get 30K, great benefits plus hold another job that I really enjoy. I make well over your low rent full time rep salary of 60K. Get over yourself you lame ass reject contract rep. Do you know how many Dr’s offices I go into where they complain that Nexium reps come in and say the same shit they already know? Dr’s can’t stand you…ok I lied…the cheap ones who want free lunch will listen to your crap for a panera salad. Get off your high horse, have you asked yourself why you are rep’in shit that’s been out since OJ Simpson stopped being black? I say rep’in and not selling because you don’t sell. Nexium sells itself. You obviously are not making an impact that is why they hired Ironwood. All you do is bring lunch & drop samples…SHOCKER! CSAs will move on to other products. You on the other hand will be out of a job when Nexium goes OTC. Hello unemployment line. We don’t pretend to be sales reps. Every hiring manager knows a Nexium “sales” reps are NOT qualified to sell anything. You won’t be able to find any other jobs after your contract is over. Oh and please don’t call yourself “specialty sales force”. I’m sure you are mentally special but that’s a completely different story.
 












This is hilarious, most of the CSA's are sales people who were hired because of the great backgrounds they've had already. Let's get this straight, NOBODY wants to be sold anymore. If you think you're a sales person in the Pharma field, I laugh at you overpaid wanabees! I laugh at the "sales people" that never get back to see the doc. Doctor's only wants samples and formularies info and that is it. Make that clear to yourselves people, the industry has changed. You either change with it or get out!
 






Nexium had 5,000 sales reps and the product only generated 7billion. Az said let's hire 300 service reps and nexium stayed at 7billion. Goes to show you that Doctors won't waste their time talking nonsense with reps that they can just read a PI.

Because the CSA's don't get sales figures,you don't know how drastically the GE sales team has minimized the loss of Nexium sales to Dexi and generics.Slides prepared by AZ show the difference since the GE sales force was started.I will pardon your ignorance!
 






you are lost, csa's do the exact same jobs as the sales people, and save the company millions and millions of dollars. wake up, many pharma companies are taking the service approach opposed to a sales approach. it's not just pharma doing that, is with all healthcare jobs. this is a service industry and doctors are done wasting their time with sales people. get over yourself and wake up to reality. nexium is still a 7 billion dollar drug even with more competitors even with the csa channel. I go in offices all the time with other "sales reps" and i have not one time heard them have a "clinical" discussion with a doc. times are changing like i said.

There was very little or no time when there were no"sales reps" promoting Nexium. Prior to the start of the GE contract, AZ had a contract with Salix to promote Nexium to GEs. That being said, it is all about making noise and coverage. It really doesn't matter CSA or sales rep.

I'm a PSS. You guys are laughable. So you think you "drastically minimized the loss of Nexium sales" with your demanding crap. How do you KNOW it was you and not the CSA's? Was your name on the slides? I know the doctors you call on. I WORK FOR YOUR CLIENT. The docs have told me how much they hate your pushy, groundless sales approach. The CSA's are no different then you guys except that they get a lot less money and they look a lot better. I've never had a doctor complain about a CSA but I've gotten numerous complaints about the GI rep my territory. My co-workers have experienced the same. Maybe the CSA's aren't trained on clinical but no one hates them like they do you guys. I built my Nexium business over 10 years. You idiots think YOU did anything to increase share because you saw a slide at some meeting? You are more stupid than I thought. Publicis is the most pathetic of all the contract companies. No idea why AZ still does business with them. Can't you all just go away...
 






Almost every AZ rep at one time sold Nexium. These are real PSS’s who gained market share and made Nexium what it is today. You are wannabes who were laid off from 5+ companies….only choice was to go contract reps. How can you even say that your are making an impact when you have no samples to give your providers? If you really are so much better than CSA’s why is it that AZ is actually giving CSA’s larger territories, GI offices, and more samples? Enjoy your 7mos left pretending to sell Nexium.

We CAN say we are making a difference because we get individual sales figures every 2 weeks from AZ,these figures also break down the sales of just GI's,which is all we call on,and total sales including PCP'S,which represent sales of the CSA's.These clearly break down the efforts of both groups.As a matter of fact,AZ shared some recent ones with us during a recent conference call,where they expressed their appreciation of our efforts.BTW,they were so pleased with our results,that the contract has been extended to the patent expiration date of 5/2014,so I will enjoy MY NEXT 12 MONTHS!Please go back under the rock that you live under,because I have facts and figures to back up what I say,and all you have is the baseless,hot air that you are spewing.You are truly a joke!

BTW,the slides were from AZ,and because of the increase shown on them,the contract has been extended to May 2014.You are truly the dope here,as you make baseless claims,and seem to think you know know more than the executives at AZ that see the value in what we do.You are truly laughable and pathetic.I'm going on what the AZ people tell us,and you are going on your hot air.Bottom line is that we aren't going away anytime soon,so why don't you!

CSA's have GI accts too. Also Nex reps are complain about CSA's going into same accts so that completely contradicts what you are stating. Publicis NEVER lets reps know their contract is renewed until 3 months prior to expiration. Nice try reject rep....your contract has yet to be determined. Who is the joke?

You keep spouting off on things you have no knowledge about.Unless you feel that all the GE sales reps are conspiring about the extention of the contract,and since you state that you run into them all the time,randomly ask one how long AZ says the contract will run.We ALREADY know that you are the joke,but this will confirm it.Please ask ANYONE connected with the GE contract about the national conference call last week announcing the extention,asswipe!Then,shut your ignorant piehole and go away!

AZ does not contact you, Publicis does. You are Publicis NOT AZ. Where does it state in the previous post that “they run into” Nexium rent a reps? Once your contract is over you are going to have a difficult time finding another pharma job. Recruiters now search cafe to check out what has been posted about the meds their potential reps used to sell. They will find out you can’t/don’t sell. Additionally they don’t want angry foul mouth people going into dr’s office where you need to gain access because you won’t have Nexium. Once again…please do not believe in anyway AZ contacts you. They give Publicis puppets info then it’s passed down to you losers.

Okay dickhead,last response because you really need to see a mental health professional.The conference call we had on May 23,had the AZ Nexium brand team,on live,telling us the contract was being extended to 2014,and shared with us the the positive trends that it was showing.I can assure you,they were not actors,so go f### off,and please for your own good,seek professional help for your deteriorating mental state of mind.I will not respond further,because it makes you more delusional.Good riddance.

Read your contract loser. Publicis can terminate your contract at anytime regardless of what they tell you the end date is. Nexium is going OTC next year of course they are going to tell you about the "positive trends". They don't want to have a bunch of sample dropping, food delivery boys quit before they are ready to drop your asses. The delusion is that you think you are actually making an impact on sales. BTW...notice that on the "live" conference calls you are asked to place yourself on "mute" and they don't really let you ask questions? That's because they pre record days prior & dumbshit contract reps like your believe that you are actually on a live call talking to AZ! Hilarious! You may want your dr to write a scrip for some AZ psych meds while you are still on contract.
