I cannot wait for that to happen. I am a competitor, and I laugh at LabCorp as a competitor. If you do not get a contract based upon price, you will lose EVERYTIME against Quest and the good regional labs. I laugh when I am told you are in a physicians practice trying to get business, and so does the customer. You have no credibility, no quality, no service, no direction, no relationships with customers, no physician business, etc. There is a lot of executive sales management people out there that can turn this Titanic around. The only problem is that corporate has to let these people do what they know is right, pay them correctly, listen to the managers in the field, and be willing to spend money on PSC's, couriers, client service, sales people, customers needs, etc. If you continue to micro manage you will continue the trend of having no business in the Northeast.

Better watch what you say, JJ is top notch not only does she know PSC's, but she is from the NY/NJ area and is familiar with that neck of the woods. CE and JJ will clean house if necessary.

JJ left the atlantic because she was ready to get canned and CE will protact her. KK is great and will have the help of EC and NS. JJ and CE are going to screw up Horizon watch and see.

Thank you NE for taking JJ out of the Atlantic. We hated her and you soon will too. She only left because she was going to be fired. Garvey and Delia you really did us a favor by hiring CE so he could take his brown nosed bit-- out of here too bad to lost in the deal.

Hardison will allow the divisions to make their own decisions on what is best for the company. It will be up to Delia and Garvey to deal with CE and JJ. GO ahead let them continue to make their threats, don't go outside their chain of command, don't talk to other areas, threaten the supervisors and managers with their jobs, create that hostile work environment, create an island where there are no best practices.
