So how many really understood that unbelievable complicated commission plan that no one could explain and have no details about. If you can't explain the damn plan how the hell are you going to calculate my commissions properly.

The answer : your not. There will be a list if reasons why, ie. it goes in a different bucket. Does your fucking revenue come in the door in misc buckets so why the hell are you paying us that way. And that no growth now. Do you think we are idiots? Of course we have a growth goal and its tie into the majority of the commission. How many people will actually get to the 50k that's what I wAnt to know.

The plan has advantages and disadvantages for both the reps and comapny. If a rep happens to blow out the number and make tons of money the "house" is in the hole. So what does the house do when the comission budget is overspent? ASK BH what he did when PN had to cut the plan after BH went to the board room. If you want to control your destiny- start your own comapny. The outside consultant used a lab model not a pathology specialty model to equate fairness. What is fair to one is unfair to another. All in all the plan can work. The telling truth in how it works is to look where top reps are sending their resumes. A sales person will run for money. VP of IG did. MH has fullfilled his obligation and will likely move on. Perhaps to another company or to a LCA division. For those who want to give it a go...know how to game the system. As we heard on the call "There is an art to call in." (FJ quote) Beware not to create a new account to lower the baseline. LCA fired KB years ago over this- and he was a starboy for his team. Relax and think about your future. Wait for the first check and see how it goes. If we all hit a home run, LCA will move back the fence. Can't have a situation where someone makes more than the CEO like they did at GG.

How are you guys going to survive when the payers are refusing to bring you in-network, or add you to existing LabCorp contracts, or even have positive medical policies for your tests? Speaking as a payer, I'm saying the future's pretty bleak for what's still left of the Genzyme carcass...
 






What did you think would happen? Didnt you see what happened to Dianon and USL. If you are ex Genzyme and you are still there then you are just scared to take a salary hit, and thus a joke of a rep. But still well above the LCA reps and managers.

And you get this information from where? I couldn't sell the lab corp services if it was the only lab on the planet. Your a low cost provider and doctors know your services suck. Labcorp completely destroyed Genzyme. The service is terrible and clients are leaving by the droves. Let your people sell it. I am so done.

I don't think anything we make is a "gift" here and many of us do work hard. Let's not get silly. If anything many of us have been robbed of the earnings we could have made due to loss of contracts all over in different regions and nationally, etc. It's not about making a bunch of fake calls. You actually have to sell something in order to make something (at least that's how it it used to work but that has changed too). The LC people are trying to incorporate us but nothing stands long enough in order to properly "integrate" anybody. We'll all just have to see what this new plan brings (if anything) and make decisions from there. Genetics is changing as a whole anyway.

The IO plan is really providing reps the opportunity to look for employment elsewhere. 2 left for other jobs less than 14 days after roll out. The paln is uncapped and robust. Huh?
