TB knows when it’s time to make a change. If only JN would make some changes.

I have been here a while ( 4 years) and I have seen changes since he got here. maybe you weren’t paying attention but I think starting with removing JA and KO counts as making right changes and I think there have been others. If you have a real issue with your Manager or AVP raise the issue. People don’t get removed just because you don’t like them. Maybe he gives people an opportunity to improve before changes are made. You may appreciate that when it comes to you one day.
