Spoken like someone who works so smart, they don't really work. Not everyone just screenshots and forgets about it. Some people actually attempt to utilize the data pushed down. If you did, you would understand how inconvenient it is sorting through 100 screenshots to find something. Photo shots can't be edited or sorted. The ipad is great on the road, but all the new spreadsheets and tasks require the use of the computer in the field. Doing them on the ipad is not possible or takes 5 times as long

To be honest we haven't been overloaded with reports we need to do daily. Maybe your RD is requesting these things but although we have more reports than we used to it hasn't been expected that they are updated with daily activity. I think this probably varied by region.

My RD requests ton of stuff to be updated to him. Not daily, but often enough to where leaving your laptop at home is not an option. He blames the ZD and KK for the changes. If you haven't been impacted, then your RD or ZD is the exception to the rule. Consider yourself lucky.

The changes are coming from KK. The trackers and reports are ridiculous and the smart RDs are shielding their teams from it as much as possible so the reps can focus on selling and minimize ditractions. However some of it they have to push down to the field regardless of their feelings about it.

This is absolutely true. Instead of coming in and learning the business and the people, she road into town with nothing but change on her mind. Too bad Shire was already a high performing business when it came to actually succeeding through product growth, not through pricing schemes and cuts as a facade to actual growth.

Remember this, if FO doesn't actually get this company sold, he is a failure.
