New diabetes positions

Contract cancelled. Another PSS buttfuck.

Whaaaaat ? Are you for real ? Is there anything this company can do right ? What happened to all the big promises from last year ? Bright future ,big contracts ....nothing ,nothing came through....and the worst is that I am even desperate for them to call....

so has anyone had any contact w/ PSS about the initial interview process? I'm like the above poster, I applied on the 1st day of the posting but haven't heard a thing.

Well, I don't think the contract has been cancelled, but the job I applied for the other day is no longer shown in the jobs list. When I check my job submissions, that position is indicated as, Inactive-No longer accepting submissions. They did post a position in the next city east of here, which is about 45 miles away.

Another odd thing is that Ventiv posted two positions here yesterday, but today one of those has gone away.

I'm on the contract and have accurate information. The Gemini sales force was selling Vimovo and Crestor but now will be selling 2 Astra Zeneca diabetes drugs: Onglyza and Kombiglze. The expansion positions posted online will be promoting these two products. The sales force is going from 282 reps to 500. AZ wants to grow its diabetes business as this is a hugely growing market in the US. There is also an inVentiv contract with BMS promoting diabetes drugs.

Strange that Publicis posted one of these positions here for a couple days, but now it says "inactive-no longer accepting submissions" when I look at my list of job submissions. This is a pretty fair sized diabetes market in this part of TX.

Not too generous, in my opinion. Base salary $60,000 max. No pharma experience is required, which is why base is so low...so my recruiter told me. I have 15 years. Contract only goes through 12/14.
