Not sure exactly. Get your resume out and if you don’t have a job by the time it happens, maybe they will keep you or you will get a package: it will take them a while to get their act together and figure out layoffs.

Who knows. Dividend was done to help Sun. When you combine companies, you only need 1 of each high $ position (CFO, certain VPs, etc). Therefore, you save money.
