For those Taro reps/managers looking to rough it out, prepare to re-interview for your positions. Chances of Sun keeping more than 10 reps from Taro is unlikely. Probably 0 managers, unless there are open spots.

Once Hawthorne converts fully to SAP next year, along with the implementation of digital vendor and customer invoicing, they won't need finance anymore. They can buyout Taro and move the operation to India and save a lot of money. However, this company seems to move slowly, so I think you still have another two years there.

Have a town hall and state that there are no terminations planned in the next 2 years due to an acquisition or the SAP implementation. You can’t, can you? I’ll be waiting for my meeting invite.

Why do some people without a manager's title still have an office?
EW and RH were cleared out of their offices. What about the others?
