New Comp Plans

Fair, equitable and Quest LOL does not go together . Now labcorp pays their reps every month and they have had the same plan for years no wonder quest reps are jumping ship to the competition and since quality and management have hit an all time low this could really work in our favor .

Labcorp pays their reps every month but they change the comp plan every year and it is never in the reps favor. Grass isn't that much greener but definitly better than quest right now.
