Comp plan changes are never good for the Rep. It's all about the Stock Price and bonus's for Management.

Fair, equitable and Quest LOL does not go together . Now labcorp pays their reps every month and they have had the same plan for years no wonder quest reps are jumping ship to the competition and since quality and management have hit an all time low this could really work in our favor .
