Nevro

Nevro doesn't need a VP of Sales. Rami calls all the shots.

Mr Exing could blow smoke with the best of them, but his level of management expertise was never vetted by MD who ultimately pulled the trigger to bring him in. He just was never connected with us in the field. I have been here two years and I don't ever remember him being the field with me, even when there was less than 20 of us in the beginning. Or even a phone call. Only saw him at National Meetings. Rami may be calling the shots, but as of late, its Rami that has been making reps jump ship or axing them..

whining because the VP of Sales hadn't ck'd in with you snowflake? Maybe we can find you a clinical position w Stim Wave! Grow a pair! Nevro sales positions are to be filled with sales closers!!! Move on and get in touch w your sensitive side while you have time!

Agreed. Need someone to hold your hand, need someone to pat you on your back, then you are working for the wrong company! Sales pros for hire at Nevro!

The only thing warmer than that aged 2003 Beemer's engine you been driving is the flesh in your patients IPG pockets. C'mon, you don't really sell Nevro do you? The Nevro reps stand there, flip on the leads, pull their thumbs out of their asses, and say "nice job doc". Its really an art over there isn't it? Try to convince your engineering dept to have a program for instant "cooling" It may save some of those 25% of pts from having to go through their explant

Don't need hand-holding or a pat on the back, but I do need an organization that isn't obstructing my efforts and revising the comp plan every quarter.

CCarr is the laziest person I've ever worked with. Sloppy work. My experience she doesn't care about the business, people, or anything except showing the little guy what he wants to see. Well maybe her niece in Tex, she gets what she wants (or at least returned calls) from auntie em. Fraz is the best, relates to us, but...

Heidrich is no better. The only qualification to be a ND is doing the "little guy's" bidding. It's pathetic.

Lazy? Might I add, incompetent, ass kisser as well?

The new guy coming in for Reimbursement from St. Jude is going to take this place to the top. Great move by Nevro to recruit this guy - big Medtronic experience - and an expert in the field. Watch out St. Jude - here comes Nevro!
