Why would a CEO be involved in field sales personnel decisions. Don't they have regional managers for that?

Because his arrogant ass likes to be involved in all aspects of the business to the extent that the field management group treats him like the Emperor with clothes. F ing ridiculous and you wonder why we have had 28 reps leave us or get fired in the past 2 months

read the transcript of the conf call. Looks like they've added a bunch of sales folks (territories shrinking) and maybe lack sales mgmt. types (leadership). Whatever the reason, would hate to be in a territory chasing the number. Looks like DRG stim saved our asses, for now! Just wait till the revisions start!
 





















funny to see how the weak seem to have a voice, i joined nevro just over a year ago from St Screw You. nevro is a completely different company, meaning better in every way, it is by far the best in the business and anyone that says differently is either lying and or with the weak shit abt (hahahah) just posting like a poser
