Just heard from a recruiter about Nevro, sounds like they're expanding. Comp was $250-$400...is this legit?
Totally. Everyone is making at least $300k. Nevro is the most successful med device start-up ever.

Yeah everyone is making $300K....for the first 12 months. Its amazing over here. Its like you don't have to sell. Just sit in your car and wait for all the new docs to call and ask you to visit (with product) and start putting them in that day. I have never seen anything like it, ever!! The only caveat is that our CEO will fire your dead sorry ass if you don't sell more and more and more and more and more every month. No letting up, just sell your ass off or your gone. Oh, and by the way, you really need to sell or your going get fired, did I mention that? But, that aside, this a wonderful place to be challenged and held accountable to sell, sell, sell, sell. Its interesting to me that the verification question to begin this thread was: Rami is a total D______.
I had no idea his name was Richard, I just just guessed and got it right.
Why would a CEO be involved in field sales personnel decisions. Don't they have regional managers for that?
Because his arrogant ass likes to be involved in all aspects of the business to the extent that the field management group treats him like the Emperor with clothes. F ing ridiculous and you wonder why we have had 28 reps leave us or get fired in the past 2 months
Nevro reports $68 million in Q1 revenue, down $2 million from Q4. What gives?
Looks like DRG stim saved our asses, for now! Just wait till the revisions start!
What is battery longevity looking like for DRG stim?

Forget waiting, there's a number of reps with paper out there and several in executive leadership positions. They see the house of cards beginning to crumble
funny to see how the weak seem to have a voice, i joined nevro just over a year ago from St Screw You. nevro is a completely different company, meaning better in every way, it is by far the best in the business and anyone that says differently is either lying and or with the weak shit abt (hahahah) just posting like a poser
You ain't shit unless you're selling $500k per quarter at an ASP of $26k...my guess is that you're nowhere close to that.

So you're not shit unless you can move 6 units a month?
Is that a lot?
I hope your a better at selling than you are at math.
13 weeks per quarter works out to 19.5 units and 507k per quarter @ 26k/each. Math works for me.
