I already regret it - I think this used to be a good place to be - the meeting in Boston was so poorly run. I feel lied to and already know these territories are too small. Competitors are coming to Alexion - they will take the best of this group. And I CAN NOT believe that guy who is head of sales - I NEVER would have come here if I met him during interviews.
 






Why all the negativity. I came aboard in April and I’m still pretty positive. Can’t get these bases in a standard Pharm gig and they treat us pretty well. Car allowance better than your typical company car alotments. We don’t have the call metics, partners, bs busy admin work that most pharm jobs have. I agree the territories are small but they are set up for future indications/products. Definitely a more specialized feel to what we do here compared to some Neuro jobs. Stop being bitter and enjoy what we have here. Not perfect but not shit either!

Could not agree more! Anyone that complains about working here needs their head examined and proves nothing can make people happy. They give a generous car allowance, great benefits, NO BS paperwork and business plan crap...they expect you to pound the pavement and get results. The territories are small, but we signed up for it knowing what we were walking into. At the end of the day I’m so happy I came here, and CM is a good dude.
 












We do have handcuffs - they know it - that is why they do it and that's why people don't leave because where else do you get 165k a year to work two days a week? But scum from Biogen will ruin this place - CM is a womanizing drunk and his free party with the young hotties won't last forever and somebody will figure out that we get paid too much and start cutting - enjoy it while you can.

I’m with you. This place is not what I thought it was going to be.
 






Im here about 9 months and love it here. For someone to “just start” and already be complaining, you are pathetic!!!!

Alexion is an amazing place and while Boston meeting was def not run well, so what! Stop being so spoiled. We all couldn’t fit into some joint at night, so we all went our separate ways and still had fun. I found BG and the CEO to be super genuine during our town hall session. If you don’t like working for these people who are so down to earth then you really need your heads examined.

Amen to the above poster. At least someone is thankful for what we have here. Great culture, great people, relax and enjoy the ride. You complainers make me sick.
